What is Qur'an alone?
Qur'an alone Islam, Quranism or Quraniyoon is Islam following just the Qur'an, based off only the Qur'an and nothing more. In normal Islam, Sunni, Shia, there are two sources used. The Qur'an, and the Hadith (Sometimes called Sunnah but the Sunnah is actually incorporated in the hadith). Hadith means story or tale or note, Qur'an means revelation.  The Qur'an is believed to be the holy word of God revealed to Prophet Muhammad over 23 years in Arabia, from 610-623AD. It was revealed in revelations and written down and compiled after Muhammads death. The hadith, are the reported sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad. Qur'anists reject these hadith and follow just the Qur'an.

About the Hadith.
In the time of Muhammad, there was a culture of orally preserving tradition, mainly because most people were illiterate. Long after Muhammad's death people were passing down by oral tradition what Muhammad said and did, around 200 years later a Persian man named Burkhari decided he would try and write down all these traditions, he spent half his life going around the Islamic world, he ended up with around 600,000 statements about what Muhammad did and said, from this he decided that only around 7000 were reliable and accurate to what Muhammad said, he did this by judging the character of those who told him the hadith, and by how many times the same hadith came up from different people. Burkhari's book is considered the most authentic hadith book, in the following decades and centuries 4 more hadith books were compiled by different men. These hadith books make up the second source of law for Orthodox Islam, Sunni and Shia have some different books and some the same. Orthodox Muslims are confident that the hadith are accurate and have confidence in their called, "hadith science". To western audiences, the hadith are generally considered accurate enough for a frame work of Muhammads life, given the culture of orally preserving stories, but not accurate to the standard Muslims put them at. For Islam, the hadith create thousands of extra laws and add massively to Islamic jurisprudence, there are so many hadith it has not entirely been put into proper law, and the way Muslims use them varies greatly.

In Qur'an only Islam, hadith are rejected as a source of law and guidance, for the following summarised reasons.
- The Qur'an says it contains all the detail you will need (6:114, 16:89, 12:111, 41:3, 10:37, 39:23, 7:52)
- The Qur'an says you dont need hadith or Scholars to explain it (16:89, 41:3, 75:16-19)
- The Qur'an condems hadith, by name. (45:6, 7:185, 31:6, 77:50)
- Muhammad was forbidden from creating laws (66:1)
- Muhammad was forbidden from Explaining the qur'an, God will do that with the Quran itself. (69:44-48, 10:15)
- The Qur'an says it is a sin to follow any religious laws which are not in the Qur'an. (16:105, 3:94, 5:87, 6:119, 6:140, 7:32, 5:103, 6:144, 16:116)
- The Qur'an says Muhammads only duty was to deliver "The message" (5:99, 5:92, 24:54)
- There was no written hadith for the first 200 years of Islam, if we were meant to follow hadith, God would have surely made a book of hadith too.
- The hadith are unreliable (Biography of words spoken made 200 years after his death passed down by oral transition)
- Burkhari claimed to have collected 600,000 Hadith and he decided 7000 were "Authentic". This doesn't even begin to go into the mechanics of how a man collects 700,000 statements from different individuals, writes them all down, and then reads them all again and decides. For example, if each one took one hour to collect, write, read and judge, then it would take 701916 hours, or 80 years.
- The thousands of hadith statements create a massive complexity of law with hundreds of contradictions and with the issue of authenticity even a problem for Sunnis it creates a vague area of what is and isn't law.
- The hadith often outright contradict the Qur'an
- Some hadith are outright insulting to God, the Qur'an, and even Muhammad.

Rejecting the hadith does come with doctrine changes to Islam. The following is an incomplete list of doctrine changes.
- Generally the statement to profess your faith becomes, "There is no God but God", instead of, "There is no God but God and Muhammad is his messenger". On the basis that the Qur'an says all messengers are equal, and that is the Shahada in the Qur'an
- Most Quranists only pray 3 times a day, on the basis that the Qur'an only mentions 3 prayers. Despite Orthodox Muslims claiming the Qur'an doesnt teach one how to pray, it does, however the Quranist prayer is shorter than the Sunni prayer.
- In Quranism the rate of charity is the excess that you can afford to donate, as stated in the Qur'an, whereas Orthodox give 2.5% of their wealth as stated in the hadith.
- Circumcision is completely absent from Quranism as it is not in the Qur'an. In fact the Qur'an says those who mutilate their bodies are being tricked by Satan.
- Clothing requirments in Quranism are limited to covering the breasts, and dressing modestly for the society you are in. No burqas or headscarfs.
- Quranists can eat food made by Jews and Christians
- Many Quranists, but not all, believe the name of God must be pronounced over food you are about to eat, not animals just before slaughter, this frees Quranists to eat meat not slaughtered in the orthodox halal method.
- Quranists may or may not believe the black rock on the Kaaba is sacred, but either way it holds no importants for performing the Hajj unlike for Orthodox.
- A Quranist can perform Hajj during any time of the four sacred months as mentioned in the Qur'an, not during the first 10 days according to the hadith.
- A woman can pray while mensturating, the hadith forbids it, not the Qur'an.
- Although not all Orthodox believe this, Quranist Muslims completely disagree with the death penalty for apostasy.
- The Punishment for adultery is never stoning in Quranism, it is lashing as prescribed by the Qur'an.
- No death penalty for being homosexual in Quranism, homosexual adultery would be treated as normal adultery with lashing.

Discrimination against Muslims in the USA.

This article aims to prove that there are high levels of prejudice and discrimination against Muslims in the United States of America.

According to Thomas Perez, the assistant U.S. attorney general for civil rights, since 9/11 there has been 150% jump in workplace discrimination against Muslims, often over religious dress and worship schedules, while Muslim youth can often become the victims of school yard bullying. American Muslims are often accused of not being real Americans because of their faith. American Muslims are often accused of being terrorists and of having aims to take over the United States. [1]

In the USA Muslims make up less than 2 percent of the United States population. However in 2009 they accounted for about one-quarter of  religious discrimination claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission last year. Incidents of religious discrimination towards Muslims include such things as having head scarfs pulled off or being barred from prayer. So while Muslims make up less than 2% of the population, they have accounted for one quarter of religious discrimination during 2009. [2]


In a survey conducted by Georgetown University and Zogby International in 2004, they found that 26% of Muslims had experienced racial or ethnic profiling, while 70% said they have not been the target of profiling. When you consider the fact that 26 out of 100 Muslims have been targets of religious profiling this is quite a high figure. Remember that profiling counts as judging someone on their religion, race, etc, and does thus this study does not include general insults and other types of religious discrimination. [3]

Also according to the Zogby survey, 40% of American Muslim respondents have personally experienced anti-Muslim discrimination since the 9-11 attacks, and 57% know friends or family who have experienced discrimination, with most of such incidents reported in a work, school, or neighborhood setting. [3]


According to a Pew Forum survey, Muslims experience the most discrimination out of any religious group. The survey found that 6 out of every 10 Americans say that Muslims experience “a lot of discrimination.”  8 years after 9/11, Muslims still struggle to break stereotypes of their religion.  In recent news, Muslim workers who want to take time during the work day to pray have been experiencing heavy discrimination.  Some have even been fired for leaving the office to pray or protest without authorization. Sources for Muslim discrimination and prejudice don't only come from Muslims. In a poll conducted by Cornell University, 22% of American respondents agreed that citizens should be profiled based on being Muslim or of Middle Eastern heritage; 27% thought that Muslims should be required to register their whereabouts to the government; 26% believed that mosques should be closely monitored by law enforcement agencies; and 29% agreed that Muslim civic and volunteer organizations should be infiltrated by law enforcement. Forty-four percent of all respondents agreed with at least one of the above proposals, while 48% agreed with none of the proposals. This is very similar to the persecution of the Jews by Nazi Germany, requiring them to wear gold stars to identify them and having them closely monitored by the secret police. [3]

To conclude there is overwhelming evidence that Muslims in the United States face mass discrimination and prejudice. Muslims are greatly over represented in religious discrimination report statistics, an extremely high proportion of Muslims have experienced religious discrimination and or religious profiling. Adding to this around half of non-Muslim Americans think Muslims should be registered and kept under surveillance, which all together conclusively proves that Muslims face high levels of discrimination in the USA.

The Qur'an says to use the Qur'an Alone.

The Qur'an tells us in a specific verse to use the Qur'an alone.
The verse is as follows.

17:46 - We place shields around their minds, to prevent them from understanding it, and deafness in their ears. And when you preach your Lord, using the Qur'an alone, they run away in aversion.

How ever, this is a minority translation, the majority of translations say "your lord alone". As follows.

17:46 - And We have placed coverings on their hearts and a heaviness in their ears lest they understand it, and when you mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an they turn their backs in aversion.

17:46 - We have placed covers on their hearts, preventing them from understanding it, and heaviness in their ears. When you mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an, they turn their backs and run away. 

17:46 - And We place covers upon their heart, lest they should understand it, and deafness in their ears. And when you do mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an they turn their backs in aversion. 

So which is it? Is the Qur'an saying "Lord alone" or "Qur'an alone". 
To find out we need to look at the Arabic transliterations.

The word alone in Arabic is "wahdahu" and it occurs a total of six times in the Qur'an including the verse above.  These verses are 7:70, 17:46, 39:45, 40:12, 40:84, and 60:4.
Next i will show the 5 other verses with the world "alone" with the English and respective Arabic transliterations.

7:70 - They said: "Comest thou to us, that we may worship Allah alone, and give up the cult of our fathers? bring us what thou threatenest us with, if so be that thou tellest the truth!"

Qaloo aji/tana linaAAbuda Allaha wahdahu wanathara ma kana yaAAbudu abaona fa/tina bima taAAiduna in kunta mina alssadiqeena

39:45 - And when Allah alone is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the hereafter shrink, and when those besides Him are mentioned, lo! they are joyful.

Wa-itha thukira Allahu wahdahu ishmaazzat quloobu allatheena la yu/minoona bial-akhirati wa-itha thukira allatheena min doonihi itha hum yastabshiroona

40:12 - That is because when Allah alone was called upon, you disbelieved, and when associates were given to Him, you believed; so judgment belongs to Allah, the High, the Great.

Thalikum bi-annahu itha duAAiya Allahu wahdahu kafartum wa-in yushrak bihi tu/minoo faalhukmu lillahi alAAaliyyi alkabeeri

40:84 - But when they saw Our punishment, they said: We believe in Allah alone and we deny what we used to associate with Him.

60:4 - Indeed, there is for you a good example in Ibrahim and those with him when they said to their people: Surely we are clear of you and of what you serve besides Allah; we declare ourselves to be clear of you, and enmity and hatred have appeared between us and you forever until you believe in Allah alone-- but not in what Ibrahim said to his father: I would certainly ask forgiveness for you, and I do not control for you aught from Allah-- Our Lord! on Thee do we rely, and to Thee do we turn, and to Thee is the eventual coming: 

Qad kanat lakum oswatun hasanatun fee ibraheema waallatheena maAAahu ith qaloo liqawmihim inna buraao minkum wamimma taAAbudoona min dooni Allahi kafarna bikum wabada baynana wabaynakumu alAAadawatu waalbaghdao abadan hatta tu/minoo biAllahi wahdahu illa qawla ibraheema li-abeehi laastaghfiranna laka wama amliku laka mina Allahi min shay-in rabbana AAalayka tawakkalna wa-ilayka anabna wa-ilayka almaseeru

As you can see, all the English verses correctly say "Allah alone" as the Arabic transliterations all say "Allah wahdahu".

How ever, let us have a look at the transliteration for 17:46. Bear in mind that the Arabic word for Lord is "Rabb" and in this context "Rabbaka" considering this verse uses the title Lord and not Allah.

WajaAAalna AAala quloobihim akinnatan an yafqahoohu wafee athanihim waqran wa-itha thakarta rabbaka fee alqur-ani wahdahu wallaw AAala adbarihim nufooran

As it is plain to see, this verse does not say "Lord Alone", it says "Qur'an Alone", or "alqur-ani wahdahu", literally, "The Qur'an alone". If it was "Lord alone" then surely, just as in all the other instances of the word "Alone", "Wahdahu" would have occured right after "Rabbaka", but it does not, it occurs after "Qur'an". So the only logical conclusion is that the correct translation is "Qur'an alone" as followed in some various but minority translations of 17:46

And We made/put on their hearts covers/protections that they understand/learn/know it, and in their ears a heavy weight, and if you mentioned/remembered your Lord in the Koran alone, they turned away on their backs/ends hastening away with aversion .

And we place shields over their hearts, that they should not understand it, and a deafness in their ears. And if you mention your Lord in the Quran alone, they run away turning their backs in aversion.

So why then do the majority of translators translate the verse as "Lord alone". It's simply, the majority of Muslims, and the majority of translators, uphold the Hadith, and the simple fact is if the Qur'an were to say "Qur'an alone" it would invalidate the Hadith, and so the majority of translators have falsely translated the verse to say "Lord alone" when it blatantly says "Qur'an alone" to fit their ideology.  In truth, the verse says "Qur'an alone" because Muslims are only supposed to follow the Qur'an and not Hadith. Does Islam contradict the scientific explainations of Creation and Evolution?

Many religions outright contradict scientific theories on the creation of the universe and the origin of life. In a sense, any religion which claims a God is even the cause of such things is problematic since the notion of God itself is generally unsupported by science and somewhat contradictory. However, with the notion of God's existence and/or God as the cause, not all religions directly contradict Science on their creation beliefs. Islam may just be one of those religions. I have gathered all verses in relation to the creation of the universe and the creation of life in the Qur'an, and you can decide for yourselves, excluding the notion of Gods existence or God as the cause and driving force, whether the Islamic concept of creation contradicts science.

[4:1] O people, observe your Lord; the One who created you from one being, and created from it its mate, then spread from the two many men and women. You shall regard God, by whom you swear, and regard the parents. God is watching over you.


[6:2] He is the One who created you from mud, then predetermined your life span, a life span that is known only to Him. Yet, you continue to doubt.


[6:133] Your Lord is the Rich One; possessor of all mercy. If He wills, He can remove you, and substitute whomever He wills in your place, just as He produced you from the progeny of other people.


[7:11] We created you, then we shaped you. We said to the angels, Prostrate yourselves before Adam, and they all prostrated themselves, except Satan. He was not among those who prostrated themselves.


[11:61] To Thamûd we sent their brother Sãleh. He said, "O my people, worship God; you have no other god beside Him. He initiated you from the earth, then settled you in it. You shall seek His forgiveness, then repent to Him. My Lord is always near, responsive."


[13:41] Do they not see how We come to the land eroding it at its extremities. Allah judges and there is no reversing His judgement. He is swift at reckoning.

We thus clarify things for you. We settle in the wombs whatever we will for a predetermined period...


[23:12] We created the human being from a certain kind of mud.


[24:45] And God created every living creature from water. Some of them walk on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some walk on four. God creates whatever He wills. God is Omnipotent.


[25:54] He is the One who created from water a human being, then made him reproduce through marriage and mating. Your Lord is Omnipotent.


[29:19] Have they not seen how God initiates the creation, then repeats it? This is easy for God to do.


[29:20] Say, "Roam the earth and find out the origin of life." For God will thus initiate the creation in the Hereafter. God is Omnipotent.


[30:22] And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, as well as the difference of your languages and colors. In these, there are signs for people of knowledge


[32:7] The One who perfected everything He created and He began the creation of the human from mud.


[32:8] Then He made his descendants from an extract of water base.


[32:9]     But He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him something of His spirit. And He gave you the faculties of hearing and sight and feeling, little thanks do you give.


[35:11] God created you from dust, then from a tiny drop, then He causes you to reproduce through your spouses. No female becomes pregnant, nor gives birth, without His knowledge. No one survives for a long life, and no one's life is snapped short, except in accordance with a pre-made plan. This is easy for God.


[37:11] Ask them, "Are they more difficult to create, or the other creations?" We created them from wet mud.


[39:5] He created the heavens and the earth in true proportions. He rolls the night over the day, and rolls the day over the night.* He committed the sun and the moon, each running for a finite period. Absolutely, He is the Almighty, the Forgiving.


[40:67] He is the One who created you from dust, and subsequently from a tiny drop, then from a hanging embryo, then He brings you out as a child, then He lets you reach maturity, then you become old—some of you die earlier. You attain a predetermined age, that you may understand.


[41:11] Then He turned to the heavens, when it was still gas, and said to it, and to the earth, "Come into existence, willingly or unwillingly." They said, "We come willingly."


[49:13] O people, we created you from the same male and female, and rendered you distinct peoples and tribes, that you may recognize one another. The best among you in the sight of God is the most righteous. God is Omniscient, Cognizant.


[51:47] We constructed the heavens with our hands, and we will continue to expand it.


[55:14] He created the human from aged clay, like the potter's clay.


[71:14] He is the One who created you in stages.


[71:17] And God has produced you from the earth growing gradually.


[76:1] Is it not a fact that there was a time when the human being did not exist?

Slanderous and Contradictory Hadith.

In the orthodox Muslim Hadiths of Sunni Islam there are many Hadith which slander and insult the Prophet Muhammad. If what these Hadith say were to be said by a Non Muslim, especially a Non Muslim in a high position, it would result in protests, violence, fire bombing, and probably some deaths, by the orthodox Muslims. How ever, when their own Hadith which they uphold so dear say it, they have no qualms.

Many if not most Hadith are also incredibly contradictory towards the Qur'an, forcing orthodox Muslims to choose between the Qur'an or the Hadith, and sadly they often choose the Hadith, holding what they believe to be Muhammad's word over God's word (Because they idolise the Prophet). Many of these contradictory Hadith are also yet again slanderous to the Prophets nature.

Contradicts with

[4:90] Exempted are those who join people with whom you have signed a peace treaty, and those who come to you wishing not to fight you, nor fight their relatives. Had God willed, He could have permitted them to fight against you. Therefore, if they leave you alone, refrain from fighting you, and offer you peace, then God gives you no excuse to fight them.

"I am the most honorable messenger, on the day of the judgment only I will think of my people" 

Contradicts with

 [2:285] The messenger has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and so did the believers. They believe in God, His angels, His scripture, and His messengers: "We make no distinction among any of His messengers." They say, "We hear, and we obey.* Forgive us, our Lord. To You is the ultimate destiny."

Sahih Bukhari 7:67:427

We asked you for mounts, but you took an oath that you would not give us any mounts; we think that you have forgotten your oath.' He said, 'It is Allah Who has given you mounts. By Allah, and Allah willing, if I take an oath and later find something else better than that. then I do what is better and expiate my oath.' "

Contradicts with

[16:91] You shall fulfill your covenant with God when you make such a covenant. You shall not violate the oaths after swearing to carry them out, for you have made God a guarantor for you. God knows everything you do.

This is only a small selection of Hadith which slander the Prophet and contradict the Qur'an. There are literally thousands which do so, and not only do the Hadith contradict the Qur'an but they often contradict each other. Why Orthodox Muslims follow Hadith is beyond understanding.

Aliens and the Qur'an.

Alien life in Islam
Islam, unlike other faiths, is not only entirely compatible with extraterrestrial life, but actually supports and encourages such a theory.
First, before we continue, we must understand one key matter of Qur'anic terminology.
When the Qur'an is speaking of "heaven" as it is commonly known, the term Paradise (Jannah in Arabic), is used. When the Qur'an is speaking of the universe, ironically, the term Heavens (Sama in Arabic) is used. This must be explained because many people have claimed it speaks of Angels in Paradise, not of creatures in the universe.

Lets look at some examples of this.

Verse 47:6 says
>And He will admit them into Paradise - they have been made familiar with it.
With the Arabic being
>wa yudkhiluhumul jan-nata ‘Ar-rafahaa lahum
 And verse 42:29 says
>Among His proofs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the creatures He spreads in them. He is able to summon them, when He wills.
With the Arabic being
>wa min aayaatihii khalqus samaawaati wal arDi wa maa bath-tha fiyhimaa min daab-bah* wa huwa 'Alaa jam'Ihim idhaa yashaau qadiyr
Verse 2:35 says
>We said, "O Adam, live with your wife in Paradise, and eat therefrom generously, as you please, but do not approach this tree, lest you sin."
And the Arabic is

>Wa Qulna Ya 'Adamu Askun 'Anta Wa Zawjuka Al-Jannata Wa Kula Minha Raghadaan Haythu Shi'tuma Wa La Taqraba Hadhihi Ash-Shajarata Fatakuna Mina Až-Žalimina
Verse 21:30 says

>Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?
With the Arabic being

>a walam yaral-ladhiyna kafaruu an-nas samaawaati wal arDa kaanataa ratqan fa fataqnaahumaa* wa ja'Alnaa minal maai kul-la shay'in Hayy* afalaa yu'minuun

Verse 16:32 says

>Those whose souls the angels remove in a state of purity, saying, "Peace be upon you - enter Paradise, the reward of your deeds."

The Arabic is

>al-ladhiyna tatawaf-faahumul malaaikatu Tay-yibiyna yaquuluuna salaamun 'Alaykumudkhulul jan-nata bimaa kuntum ta'Åmaluun

Verse 16:3 says

>He created the heavens and the earth for a specific purpose. He is much too High, far above any idols they set up.

The Arabic is

>khalaqas samaawaati wal arDa bil Haqq* ta'AAlaa 'Am-maa yushrikuun

Verse 3:133 is a perfect example because we see Paradise and Heaven in the same verse, which also clarifies that they are not the same thing in Islam.
>And rush towards forgiveness from your Lord, and towards a Paradise that can hold all the heavens and the earth in its width - prepared for the pious.
The Arabic is

>wa saari'UU ilaa magfiratim mir rab-bikum wa jan-natin 'ArDuhas samaawaatu wal arDu u'Id-dat lil mut-taqiyn

So there is a clear distinct separation between Paradise and the heavens, the heavens, refers to the universe, Paradise refers to what is commonly known as heaven in the English language.
This is also confirmed by the famous Islamic scholar Muhammad Asad ","In the Quran,the expression "the heavens and earth" invariably denotes the universe in its entirety."
Now that this is understood, we can proceed to understanding the Qur'an on ET life without any confusion between Paradise and the universe.

First, we come to this verse.

>[42:29] Among His proofs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the creatures He spreads in them. He is able to summon them, when He wills.

This verse states that God has spread creatures through out the universe and the earth. This confirms life outside of earth.

This next verse again confirms the same.

>[30:26] To Him belongs every being that is in the heavens and on earth: all are devoutly obedient to Him.

This verse is clearly telling us that there are beings in the universe.

The next verse confirms that life outside of Earth not only exists, but is intelligent.

>[27:65] Say, "No one in the heavens and the earth knows the future except God. They do not even perceive how or when they will be resurrected."

The verse says that nobody in the universe and our planet knows the future except God. If there was not Intelligent life outside of Earth, there would be no need to state that nobody in the universe knows the future except God. Therefore there are intelligent creatures in the universe which ponder over the future, but do not know.

This next verse also confirms ET life.

>[24:41] Do you not realize that everyone in the heavens and the earth glorifies God, even the birds as they fly in a column? Each knows its prayer and its glorification. God is fully aware of everything they do.

If life outside Earth did not exist, this verse would not say that every one in the universe glorifies God. This verse clearly explains that life, in particular sentient beings, as shown by the use of "everyone", exist within the universe outside of Earth.

These next three verses deal with space travel. (Note how the Qur'an revealed the possibility of space travel 1400 years ago)

>[55:33] O you jinns and humans, if you can penetrate the outer limits of the sky and the earth, go ahead and penetrate. You cannot penetrate without authorization.

>[55:34] Which of your Lord's marvels can you deny?

>[55:35] You get bombarded with projectiles of fire and metal, and you cannot win.

These verses tell us that we can achieve space travel, however only with the authorization of God, or else the ship will be destroyed by projectiles of fire and metal. Seeing as we have achieved space travel, it seems God has given us Authorization.

The next verses again deal with space travel.

>[29:21] He condemns to retribution whomever He wills, and showers His mercy upon whomever He wills. Ultimately, to Him you will be turned over.

>[29:22] None of you can escape from these facts, on earth or in the heaven, and you have none beside God as a Lord and Master.

The verses state you cannot escape from Gods retribution whether on earth or if you take a space ship into the universe, God is everywhere in Space, you cannot escape his Judgement by leaving earth.

The next verse deals with space transportation.
>[16:8] And horses, and mules, and donkeys so that you may ride them, and for adornment; and He will create what you do not know *. (* All modern means of transport - by air, sea, land and even in space - evidence this.)

According to this verse, God will give us means of transportation which we do not know yet, we now have Cars and Planes, something they did not known at the time of revelation, and maybe in the future we will be given intergalactic space ships. Of course, humanity invented and invents such things, but through the authority of God.

These next verses explain that God is the lord of all space.

>[45:36] To God belongs all praise; Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth, Lord of the universe.

>[1:2] Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

The very second line of the first chapter of the Qur'an, proclaims that God is the Lord of the Worlds. This means other planets, but with the previous information, heavily implies that he is the Lord of life on these worlds.

So to conclude, Islam is not a religion against alien life, Islam is a religion which wholeheartedly supports alien life, and actually confirms it to exist. And we must remember, despite misconceptions and despite the Qur'an obviously being geared to us humans, no where in the Qur'an does it claim that we Humans are the only life in the universe, nor the only intelligent life. We must also remember that the Qur'an describes how we were made, but it does not describe how we look, so aliens may be made of the same materials, but look different to us. It is perfectly compatible with Islam that when "humanity" fell from Grace we were scattered not only on Earth but onto many planets of the Universe in different bodily forms. And because the Qur'an states that intelligent beings are to be judged [17:71], the aliens would be judged on their deeds all the same. The Heaven and Hell of Islam will include humans and aliens amongst one another.
